Perform an on-site inspection of the facility and complete a Property Condition Report (Level 2) in the prescribed format

Respondents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times
specified within the item 1.4 above. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its
authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional/Mandatory site visit. Attendees will
meet the BGIS Representative at 2301 MIDLAND AVE, TORONTO, ON. Site visits will be
conducted in small groups. Respondents are advised that they must preregister via email to
Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by November 2, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to
register may result in the Respondents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will
contact all Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are
multiple site visit times. Respondents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be
eligible to bid.
