GOC4441116-CS - Studio Move from Asticou to Lasalle

CSPS needs to move the Studio from Asticou Center to Lasalle Academy. A consultant is needed to assess the needs of the studio and to find the best area to move the studio into Lasalle. The Consultant shall carry out detail site investigation of the studio and Lasalle Academy, review drawings as they are available, gather all the requirements of the studio and ensure that the new location at Lasalle Academy is adequate. The prime consultant shall obtain the services of sub consultants (M&E engineers) as needed to complete their assessment. Note: Asbestos containing materials are found in a couple of different materials at LaSalle. This will be reviewed at each step along the way. Heritage conservation will advise the Consultant as needed. The updated designation information on the building will be relevant to where the studio moves to. Note that La Salle also has a studio flex space.
