Description

THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Installation of an outdoor diesel-electric generator. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:
 Location and identification of all underground services and infrastructures in area of Work and where
digging or excavation work will take place.
 Coordination with local electrical Utility;
 Supply and installation of a pad-mounted generator with sub-base fuel tank.
 Supply and installation of an automatic load transfer switch;
 Modifications to existing building electrical system;
 Modifications and programming of existing fire alarm system;
 Re-certification of existing fire alarm system;
 Supply and installation of breakers in existing panels;
 Supply and installation of a protection fence;
 Supply and installation of vehicular protection posts; and
 Trenching, backfilling, and remediation of existing surfaces

Event Note

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 12:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
