Description

Upgrade the emergency power system which include a new emergency generator rated at 50 kW at 0.8 power factor and 600 V rating with 844.1 loading hours and 317.3 unloading hours. System includes: emergency generator, ATS for emergency power for base building and another one for Fire Systems, battery charger, muffler, day tank (910 l) upgrade/replacement, feeder, wiring, and emergency panels. Consultant to do an audit of what is on the service and present in a table form to allow BGIS to review requirements for any additional items that may need to be added. Consultant to review options including status quo, use battery power, use gasoline generator in instead of diesel. Consultant to review control requirements with BGIS and present options for review.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
