Description

Consultant is to evaluate the asphalt parking lot, roadways and the concrete curbs around the site to provide recommendations for repairs. There are approximately 50 parking stalls and the repairs are up to the CBSA property line as required. The secondary inspection area located by the main road is not included in the scope. Provide design documents for the parking lot, roadways and curbing repairs. Complete the repairs the following year.
