Description

Consultant shall perform a Green Roof study and review initiatives that could be
integrated such as, but not limited to, such as Bats, Bees or Bird Habitats, Solar PV/Thermal, Rooftop
Gardening, or Rain Capturing to determine the best use of the green roof. The green roof is not
intended for occupancy use. The study shall include the feasibility and functionality of these initiatives,
maintenance involved and cost and recommendations on the best option(s) considering the function
of the building and location.

Additional Bidding Instructions

BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 9 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 9-page limit will only have the first 9 pages of the submission evaluated.

3.3.1 Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
