Description

The Arthur Meighen Building, located at #25/55 St. Clair Avenue East, approximately 46,593 square meters including 10 story above-ground, 2.5 level underground and 1 M&E penthouse. The building has been undergoing major renovation since 2018, which includes demolition and replacement of all building mechanical, electrical and life safety systems, roof replacement, building envelope improvements as well as renovation of all floor plates to accommodate newly fit up office space. The project will be substantially completed in July 2023

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at security desk at 25/55 St Clair Avenue East, Toronto Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Benoit.Raymond@bgis.com) by the date identified in 1.4.1 of the RFP to be authorized to access the site.
