- Please sign the site visit register log upon arrival.
- You MUST pre-register your attendance with the RFQ Administrator (hermosa.wu@bgis.com) by 3 PM on Monday, September 13th, 2021. Respondents that fail to register in advance of the site visit shall be turned away.
- COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worm by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid-19 preventative measures.
- BGIS requires that all vendors conduct Self-screening prior to entering the building. Please do not enter the building if any of the conditions are met:
- You have a fever, dry cough, and / or shortness of breath.
- You have travelled to anywhere outside of Canada within past 14 days.
- You have been in close contact with someone who has or is presumed to have COVID‐19.
