Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times
specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the
BGIS Representative at the main desk located in front lobby of the main entrance on Lisgar Street
for the Service Canada office (19 Lisgar St. Sudbury, ON). Site visits will be conducted in small
groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Abeera.Akram@bgis.com)
by date and times specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite to be authorized to access the site.
Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.
Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager in the lobby at 19 Lisgar Street, Sudbury ON. All individuals attending the site must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including: Safety shoes/ boots, safety vest, and hard hats. Individuals without appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
