Proponents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit at 555 Booth Street in Ottawa, ON. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front entrance of 555 Booth Street in Ottawa, ON.
Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to the Procurement Specialist, Luke Kenny at Luke.Kenny@bgis.com or Elizabeth.Dalziel@bgis.com, no later than 3:00pm on September 8, 2021. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
