The project to study the feasibility of roof rainwater retention and its impact on roof structure elements. As part of this project, the consultant shall verify the sizing of rainwater piping as per latest municipality precipitation data and to provide options to prevent a future flood in the basement

Additional Bidding Instructions

BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 9 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 9-page limit will only have the first 9 pages of the submission evaluated.

3.3.1 Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
