GOC991321-CT & GOC991322-CT - GOC991321-CT & GOC991322-CT Clean and Torque Electrical Terminations

The switchgear, panelboards, transformers and other associated electrical equipment is in average condition but to be kept in optimum condition should be cleaned and torqued.  Electrical service will need to be taken off line to inspect all components to ensure integrity of the equipment is maintained and to clean as required. Clean up of MCC, new fuses replaced as required.
This project should be coordinated in coordination with Electrical thermal scans before and after repair work.  Project already raised to perform thermographic scans before as part of required maintenance. This project includes funding for follow up thermographic scanning after cleaning and torque is complete. All electrical MCC, switchgear and distribution panels to be included in the cleaning and torque.
