Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will sign in at the main guard desk and meet the BGIS Project Manager Stephan Barazan at 440 Coventry Road, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Facial coverings (masks) must be worn by all individuals, and appropriate PPE is a MUST. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
