Note d’événement

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by (August 23, 2021 before 2 PM) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.

Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.

Only those persons who have PWGSC Reliability & RCMP FA2 Clearance with proof will be allowed to attend site visit.
