Proponents are advised that a Mandatory site visit will be held on the date and times specified within item 1.5.1 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Lester B Pearson Building 125 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com by the date specified in section 1.5.1 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
