DescriptionA - Latest Addendum

This project is to remove and replace two overhead doors located at the loading dock. The replacement will include all components of the doors including doors, motors, frames, safety sensors and lights, control modules and electrical disconnects as required to bring the entire system to a current standard. Ensure that the doors are either metal roll up doors or cut-resistant fabric roll up doors, which will also require point-to-point line detection or motion covering them. Consultant shall review overhead doors that provide protection against theft and vandalism and that do not contain windows.

3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
