Description

Supply and install 46 new roof anchors on the main roof as outlined in the design and specs.
Supply and install a non-penetrating handrail rail system around the perimeter of the penthouse roof. This handrail system is stabilized by a counterweight resting on the roof and is not anchored to the structure below through the roof membrane.

Note d’événement

Confirmation of intent to attend recommended site visit must be sent by emailing a list of attendees to shelley.demont@bgis.com no later than 10:00 a.m. July 18th. All Attendees must bring valid ID to site.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
