In general, work under this contract consists of the supply and installation of a pad-mounted generator with sub-base fuel tank as well as an automatic load transfer switch, protection fence, vehicular protection posts, and modifications to existing building electrical system and existing fire alarm system.

BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fails to receive the required documentation.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to stephanie.arsenault@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
