  Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Olivier.Sanche@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

  Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.5 above. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Main Building, 150 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway, Ottawa Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
  
  All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  
  Proponents are expected to carefully examine the site, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their fee proposal all costs required to meet the terms of the Contract.
