**Bidders may send up to 2 reps, but they must confirm how many people and names of all individuals to be authorized to access the site.**

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com by Thursday, June 24th at 12:00PM AST/ADT to be authorized to access the site.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
