PWG1784277-CS - Main Building Roof Improvements

This project was initiated based on BGIS Property Facility Management (PFM) indicating multiple water leaks in the building. The main objective is to develop a Roof Improvement study for the Main Building (#3) located at 150 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway in Ottawa and will include a review of existing documents providing background information on historical roof leaks, past construction projects, and roof inspections to better understand the main issues with the roofs including detailed site inspections of the various roof construction types in order to provide viable repair and/or constructions options with an ultimate goal of a single recommended option.
