THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Mechanical penthouse reinforcing (rooftop).
Work of this Contract comprises of the following:
.1 Removal of existing Mechanical Enclosure.
.2 Installation of new Structural frame & Mechanical Enclosure
.3 Removal & Installation of existing Mechanical dampers.
.4 All associated supporting low voltage wiring to complete above listed items.

BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fails to receive the required documentation.

    Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Stephanie.Arsenault@bgis.com no later than 12:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
    A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
    Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.  COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.

     Confirmation for Bidders (and their subs) to preregister via email to Stephanie.Arsenault@bgis.com by June 23th, 2021 at 2:00PM ADT to be authorized to access the site. Bidders may send more than one rep, but they must confirm how many people and names of all individuals.
    Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.  COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
