Each firm will be limited to a maximum of one (1) attendee for this showing.  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of Site Visit.

  Respondents who have pre-registered may attend an optional site visit.  Respondents are requested to meet Guylaine Geoffroy (613-857-9507) in the Lobby of 101 Goldenrod Driveway, Ottawa, ON.  Paid visitors parking is available, and is shown in yellow highlight on the attached file "Bilingual Tunneys Pasture Parking Layout - 2020.pdf".  Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security.
  Covid-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible.  Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals.  All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid-19 preventative measures.  All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign in.
