  • All Proponents interested in participating in the Mandatory Site Visit are to register in advance by emailing full names, security clearance number (must have SECRET clearance), and phone numbers of attendee to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com. Each firm will be limited to a maximum of one (1) attendee for this showing.  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of Site Visit.

  Event Note

  Please meet the BGIS Representative Sandra Rodrigues (613.277.1095) outside the main entrance of 161 Goldenrod Driveway.  All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes and hard hats.  Indviduals without the proper PPE will not be permitted to access the site.  Please also bring government issued ID.  Please arrive 15 min prior to allow time to sign in and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  
  COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet.
