GOC818931-CT-RFPQ - Repair Concrete & Install Waterproofing Membrane at 10 Barter’s Hill

The reinforced concrete structure of the parking garage structure is presently experiencing concrete deterioration of varying degrees in addition to the delamination of paint and spray applied fire proofing materials. The problems are primarily restricted to the underside (soffit) areas of the suspended slab components but are also evident at foundation walls and columns. The observed concrete deterioration and other deficiencies are the result of uncontrolled water infiltration into the concrete slabs. The problem is more prevalent at locations of induced joints where waterproofing joint filler components have deteriorated creating a less restrictive pathway for water to penetrate. The scope of this project generally entails the repair, replacement and improvement of the parking garage structure.
