  •  All Proponents interested in participating in the recommended site visit are to register in advance by emailing full names, security clearance number, and phone numbers of attendee to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com. Each firm will be limited to a maximum of one (1) attendee for this showing.  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of site visit.
    • Note: Proponents may be required to attend site at a different time and/or date to accommodate quantity of attendees in adherence to Public Health Guidelines. If required, communication will be issued to Proponents via e-mail.

  All Respondents interested in participating in this tender requirement are to register in advance by returning the “Pre-Registration Form” by May 12, 2021 before 4:00 pm. Email requested information to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com.
  Respondents who have pre-registered are invited to attend an optional site meeting/ job showing.
  Respondents are to meet the Project Manager, Cassandra Chicoine (613-218-2304) at the main lobby of the Jean Talon Building at Tunney’s Pasture - 170 Tunney's Pasture Driveway, Ottawa, ON.
  Paid parking is available on-site. Refer to the Campus Map that has been uploaded to MERX.
  Respondents will be required to:
  1) Provided government issued photo ID to sign in with security;
  2) Sign a mandatory Site Visitation Attendance Sheet; and
  3) Wear the following PPE during the job showing:

  • 6 inch high steel toe boots (green triangle tag);
  • required covid-19 PPE

  *Note: Only pre-registered personnel will be granted access.*
