Description

The intent of the project is to install a combination of ceiling mounted and stand-alone room air purifiers in problematic areas at les Terrasses de la Chaudières. The flush mounted ceiling units are designed to quietly capture both airborne particles and gaseous contaminants and an optional carbon post filters is available to enhance the removal of odors, VOCs and gases. The contractor shall perform all mechanical and electrical work required for the installation of the air purifiers.

Event Note

Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the LTDLC, 15 Eddy, Gatineau, Québec, Room 143 commissionaires desk. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (Chady.Moussa@bgis.com) by (April 4th, 2021) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative being refused access to the site. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times wherepossible. Facial coverings must be worm by all individuals where social distancing cannot bemaintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.

Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Chady.Moussa@bgis.com before April 13 at 2pm EST to be authorized to access the site.

Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidders Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit.
