THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENT

Scope of Work/Overview:
Roof requires upgrade at this facility and water is ponding on the roof top and does not drain easily through the roof drains in place. Ponding water in depressions of the roof will cause premature aging of the roof structure and subsequent damage to the interior of the detachment. The intakes need to be re-positioned to allow for water to drain properly. See Drawings for more details.

Confirmation of intent to attend optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
