Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit, and site visits will be held in small groups.
Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager (Jason Scharf) at the main guard desk of 79 Bentley Avenue, Ottawa, ON. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
Photo ID and clearances are required. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site
