BGIS is seeking Building Envelop Commissioning Firm Services to assemble a team of subject matter expert that includes a Commissioning Lead and Agent(s) representative with demonstrated experience in LEEDv4 requirements, and standards, Enhanced Envelope Commissioning and Verification of building Envelope systems and fully understands the project and commissioning requirements. The general purpose of this Project is to revitalize and modernize the base building services and structure of Place du Portage (PDP III) so it can accommodate the GC Workplace Fit-up Standards occupancy for its long-term use.
