  Proponents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held at 601 Booth Street in Ottawa, ON. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit.  Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front entrance of 601 Booth in Ottawa, ON. Please ensure you have proper PPE including P-100 Mask and Shoe Coverings. 
  
  Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to Luke Kenny, at Luke.Kenny@bgis.com and Sean Brazeau, at Sean.Brazeau@bgis.com no later than 3:00pm on February 2nd, 2021. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For additional details and requirements regarding the site visits, please refer to section 2.4 of the RFQ Document.
