Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above.
Meet the BGIS Representative at the National Printing Bureau West Entrance. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to chady.moussa@bgis.com by Feb. 2, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own PPE such as: safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, mask, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPEll not be permitted to access the site.
