Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Peng.Lim@bgis.com before the date and time specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.

Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the LTDLC, 1 Promenade du Portage and 15 Eddy St, Poste 143 (Appendix H). Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Peng.Lim@bgis.com before the date and time specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
