Attendees are to meet the BGIS Representative at the guard post in the lobby. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the site visit.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, face masks. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
Respondents are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to provide names in advance for the site visit is grounds for BGIS to turn away a Respondent or their representative.
BGIS will contact all Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
