Description

BGIS is seeking for a consultant to conduct a Feasibility Report for the LaSalle Academy Block C in order to provide further analyzation/detail on the current condition of the block C regarding mechanical/electrical systems functionality, structural components of the building, as well as prior projects or updates that occurred over the years. BGIS would like a report demonstrating potential solutions and life cycle costs.
BGIS is planning on completing future GC workplace fit ups within Block C and would require the Feasibility report and analysis in order to assist in mitigation of risks.

Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit.

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Block C Entrance 373 Sussex Dr, Ottawa, ON K1N 6Z2. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Peng.Lim@bgis.com by the date and time specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
