A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the mandatory site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative Braden Catlin (613-698-6473) at Guardhouse 2 at 60 Moodie Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, see attached map and allow for at least 15 min for parking and sign-in. Late arrivals will not be permitted into the site. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com by January 4, 2021 and hold a valid Secret Clearance issued by CISD to be authorized to access the site. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. Bidders will require governments issued photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory on site vist attendance sheet. Facial covering and physical distancing is required as per COVID-19 protocols.
