Description

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work.

Work includes, but not limited to, the following:

Replace an existing roof top condensing unit with condensing coil, associated controls and refrigerant lines to match the new unit specifications using R410A to replace R22.

Supply and install new safety railing

Additional safety railing extension is to be considered as alternate price.

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by December 9, 2020 at 10:00AM PST to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site.

Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
