A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Maintenance Team Leader, Daniel Gauthier at the front entrance of 350 King Edward in Ottawa, ON. Contact Number is 819-598-8330

Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to the Procurement Specialist, Luke Kenny, at Luke.Kenny@bgis.com no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday December 8, 2020. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For additional details and requirements regarding the site visits, please refer to section 2.4 and Appendix 6 of the RFQ Document.
