Proponents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held at 350 King Edward in Ottawa, ON. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to the Procurement Specialist, Luke Kenny, at Luke.Kenny@bgis.com no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday December 8, 2020. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
