  Meet Victoria Hopkins at the front desk, Photo id Required, all appropriate PPE for entering Hydro Vault, Safety Boots, Safety Vests, Hard Hats, Safety Glasses, Face Mask, Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
  
  Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit.  Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at 580 Booth Street, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site
