  All Respondents interested in participating in this tender requirement are to register in advance by returning the “Pre-Registration Form” by November 25, 2020 before 2:00 pm. Email a completed version of the form to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com.
  Respondents who have pre-registered are invited to attend an optional job showing.
  Respondents are to meet the Project Manager, Cassandra Chicoine (613-218-2304) at the main lobby of the Personnel Records Centre at Tunney’s Pasture - 161 Goldenrod Driveway, Ottawa, ON.
  Paid parking is available on-site. Refer to the Campus Map that has been uploaded to MERX.
  Respondents will be required to:
  1) Provided government issued photo ID to sign in with security;
  2) Sign a Site Visitation Attendance Sheet; and
  3) Wear the following PPE during the job showing:

  • 6 inch high steel toe boots (green triangle tag
