Bidders are advised that there will be an optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the NPB, 45, blvd sacré-Coeur, Gatineau, Québec, J8X 1C6. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to (Chady.Moussa@bgis.com) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
