PWG580310 - Pre-cast Concrete Panels Anchor Investigation

Project intends to perform a Level 3 Study (engineering study) to determine condition of pre-cast Concrete panels anchors, and the seals/caulking of the panels. If major issues are found, study should also determine the cause of such issues. Scope will include exterior inspection of entire building envelop (tower, base, wings) and interior inspections via exploratory openings at selected locations. Investigative openings (from the interior) should be done on each elevation, each building face, and each panel/anchor type to expose the connections for a detailed inspection. This should be done by removing all building components (finishes, mechanical, electrical, insulation, membrane) necessary to expose and inspect the inside face of the panel, reinforcing and anchorage.
