Respondents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2020. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the at the entrance of the campus at the intersection of Sandridge Road and St. Laurent Boulevard, 1 Sandridge Road (Canadian Police College), Ottawa, ON.
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, site visits will be conducted in small groups. Respondents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to the Procurement Specialist, Luke Kenny, at Luke.Kenny@bgis.com by Friday, October 16, 2020 at 02:00 PM Eastern Time to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Respondent’s Representative being refused access to the site. The maximum amount of attendees per visit is 10. BGIS will contact all Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
