Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative in the lobby at the 451 Talbot Street, London, Ontario and sign in with the Commissionaire. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to benoit.raymond@bgis.com by the date specified within 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worm by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID-19 preventative measures.
