The buildings HVAC system is nearing the end of it expected life expectancy and study/analysis to be
completed to determine options for major system repair/replacement. This must include, but not be
limited to, the following systems:
• Air handling units/systems and their downstream related systems such as ductwork and VAV boxes
• The entire building automation system
• Heating boilers including their related systems such as piping, pumps, and baseboard heaters including valves
