Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Freshwater Institute, 501 University Crescent, Manitoba. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Denise.Sandulak@bgis.com by September 14, 2:00 PM (local time) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
