Description

Install fire alarm strobes in washrooms, public areas and open offices as required to safely alert occupants in the event of an emergency. This includes required electrical interventions and existing base building finish removal and reinstatement.

install new, conforming barrier free door actuators where existing actuators are required to be relocated or replaced,
install visual and tactile indicators on existing stairs where worn or non-compliant,
install “swing-clear hinges” on existing doors within a barrier free path of travel where feasible and where the clear width is non-compliant,
install power door operators at all doors with non-compliant maneuvering area or push/pull clearances,
install power door operators at all doors requiring more than the required force to operate,
adjust existing door operators to open and close the door within the code required time,
Renovate second floor kitchenette.

Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
