GOC1961476-CT-PAL - Contractor - Dry Sprinkler System Renovation

Remove and replace all dry pendent heads fed by the Dry Sprinkler System for the loading dock.  Replace all associated valves including the main 4“ dry valve that feeds this system.  Supply and replace all sprinkler heads in the interior loading dock as well that are fed from this system.  All associated piping is to be pressure tested to ensure no leaks from the compressor to the end of the piping run. This includes piping from compressor to the pressure reducing valve. If needed system can be separated and capped to ensure all piping is tested and leak free after the work has been completed.   All associated piping in the system is to be thoroughly inspected. Ensure proper grade to the inspector test cock’s for proper drainage. Re-grade if needed or add additional drainage points if needed. All associated flow controls are to be upgraded and programmed into the existing fire alarm system.  All the system pressure gauges are to be replaced and installed as per current NFPA codes.  Ensure that the new dry pendent heads have appropriate escutcheon’s to provide a tight seal between the overhang finishes and the piping.  Main 4” isolation valve off of the header is to be replaced as part of this proposed work.
