  Proponents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.4 of the RFQ Document. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Maintenance Team Member at the front entrance of 580 Booth Street in Ottawa, ON.
  
  Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to the Procurement Specialist, Luke Kenny, at Luke.Kenny@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. The maximum amount of attendees per visit is 5. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
